Terms of Use
Last updated October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the SoloSnap Collaboration Hub (the "Hub"), operated by Justin Clemens. By using the Hub you agree to them.
Voluntary, unpaid participation
- SoloSnap and its related projects (including Redact Pro and CleanFrame) are free, closed-source software initiatives.
- Participation as a tester, collaborator or idea contributor is entirely voluntary and unpaid.
- SoloSnap does not offer compensation, revenue sharing, profit participation, equity, ownership or any other financial interest in exchange for participation or contributions.
- Feedback, code, designs and ideas you contribute may be used, modified or not used at my discretion, and become part of the closed-source projects.
- Participation does not create an employment, contractor, agency or partnership relationship.
Applications
- Submit accurate information. You must verify your email with a one-time code and confirm the voluntary, unpaid participation terms before submitting.
- You may submit up to 2 applications per track in any rolling 30-day period. Limits apply per email address, name and network.
- Submitting an application doesn't create an employment, contractor or partnership relationship, and doesn't guarantee a response within any timeframe.
- Applications may be reviewed, archived or removed at my discretion.
Project ideas
Don't submit confidential information you aren't prepared to share. Similar ideas may already be in development; submitting an idea doesn't create an obligation to build it, credit it or pay for it unless we agree in writing.
Messages
Be respectful. Leaving a message requires your first name, last name and email. Messages aren't answered live; I'll reply by email as soon as possible. Messages are stored so I can reply, and I may get a private alert about new ones. Abuse or spam may be blocked.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass verification or rate limits, scrape the Hub, or interfere with its operation.
Disclaimer
The Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
