Privacy Policy

I keep data collection to what's needed to review applications and reply to messages. I don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

What's collected

• Applications: your name, email, and the answers you provide.
• Email verification: a one-time code, stored only in hashed form and discarded within two days.
• Abuse prevention: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to enforce submission limits.
• Messages: your first and last name, email address, and the messages you send and replies you receive.

How it's used

To review your application, send you automated emails about it (verification, confirmation and status updates), and reply to your messages by email. Summaries of applications and new messages are relayed to me privately via Telegram.

Retention

Archived or removed applications are permanently deleted 45 days after being archived or removed. Active applications are kept while they're being considered.

Service providers

Data is stored with a secure cloud hosting provider, emails are sent by an email delivery service, and notifications pass through Telegram.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by replying to any email from the Hub or sending a message through the Message form.
